With much of the team in place we were listening to the compositions of some amazing musicians, just seeking that right fit.

A Melbourne native on tour, Rob’s backing acoustic styles and sound were observed at an album launch in Sydney. After the gig a discussion ensued about the craftsmanship of his work. Rob flippantly remarked of an album on the slow cook, but more of his interest in soundscapes and scores.

Within two weeks I made a follow up call & told him about our film and forwarded the script.

The following two tracks were forwarded to us within days. We had found our man.

My first feature film Score. My aim for the score was to create an under current for the film with a minimal approach. A surreal landscape was composed for this tale filled with small moments of dramatic tension.
